Existing Food Trucks – Notice of Intent to Operate
Important Requirements

You must submit a notice of intent to operate at least 4 days before serving food or attending an event.

Your food truck must be inspected twice each licensing year to stay in compliance and renew your license.

If you need an inspection, you must request it on your form and include payment with your submission.
What to Include

Clearly list the dates, times, and location where your food truck will be serving.

Complete all sections of the form.

Opening a New Food Truck? (Transitory Food Units)
To being your application for a Transitory Food Unit (TFU) and Mobile Food Establishment license, you will need to submit a completed plan review along with the required fee.
After submitting your completed plan review, a specialist will review your paperwork within 30 days. More information on the plan review process can be found here.
Once our specialists approve your plan review, you will pay a license fee and schedule a pre-opening inspection with the plan review specialist.
