COVID-19 Vaccination Information

The 2025-2026 COVID vaccine is available at the

We currently have the 2025-2026 formulation for Pfizer (Comirnaty) vaccine. Comirnaty has been approved and licensed for use in individuals 12 years of age or older. 

At this time, we are administering to:
  • Individuals 65 years of age or older
  • Individuals 12 through 64 years of age with medical or social risk factors or conditions, including pregnancy, that increase the risk of severe disease from Covid-19. (see list below)
    • Ages 12-64 please check with your insurance company to verify coverage.  If insurance does not cover the entire vaccine and administration cost, you may be billed for the uncovered portion of co-pay, deductibles, and uncovered/exhausted benefits.​

Risk Factors for Severe Covid-19 Disease include:
  • It is estimated that 74% of people over 18yrs have at least one risk factor, with increased risk as number of comorbidities present increase
  • Age over 65 years, with increasing risk as age advances
  • Pregnancy
  • Immunocompromising conditions related to immunodeficiencies, underlying illness, or immunosuppressive medications
  • Pulmonary conditions such as Asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis or pulmonary hypertension
  • Tobacco use such as smoking or vaping including former smokers
  • Heart conditions such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies
  • Cancer
  • Cerebrovascular disease
  • Chronic Kidney disease including those on dialysis
  • Liver Disease including hepatitis, cirrhosis, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
  • Diabetes mellitus type 1 and type 2
  • Disabilities that relate to cognitive and physical impairments
  • HIV infection
  • Mental health conditions, limited to mood disorders and schizophrenia spectrum disorders
  • Neurologic conditions including Parkinson’s, neuromuscular disorders, dementias, and conditions that increase risk of aspiration including epilepsy
  • Obesity and Overweight (BMI>25)
  • Physical Inactivity
  • Solid organ or stem cell transplantation
  • Tuberculosis
  • People living in long term care facilities and other congregate living settings
  • Other conditions that cause medical frailty
